1. Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative option.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable UK VAT. Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Order Confirmation & Processing

You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout. However, Twinknapo reserves the right to cancel or limit any order in case of:

• Suspected fraud

• Incorrect pricing

• Product unavailability

• Policy violations

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t shipped. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible; instead, customers may initiate a return upon delivery.

5. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional codes must be entered during checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Only one code is allowed per order unless stated otherwise.

6. Use of Products
