Refund and Returns Policy

At Twinknapo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a fair and simple return process.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

  • Tags are intact and the product is in resaleable condition

  • You provide proof of purchase or order number

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Items damaged by misuse or improper care


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Email contact@twinknapo.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions

  3. Package the item securely and ship it to the address we provide

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.


6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Include your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
