If you are shipping internationally, please be aware of potential customs duties, taxes, and other fees that may apply to your shipment. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer different shipping options to accommodate our customers’ needs. The available methods will be displayed at checkout and will depend on your location. Shipping options include:
- Standard Shipping: Our most affordable shipping method with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days within the U.S. and longer for international destinations.
- Expedited Shipping: A faster shipping option with delivery in 2-3 business days within the U.S. Expedited shipping rates are higher than standard shipping.
- International Shipping: Shipping to countries outside the U.S. will vary depending on the destination, and delivery times typically range from 7 to 14 business days.
Shipping times are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and customs processing.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the delivery destination. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. In certain situations, we may offer free shipping promotions for qualifying orders. The free shipping offer will be clearly communicated at the time of checkout.
4. Order Processing Time
Once you place an order, we begin processing it within 1-3 business days. This includes verifying payment, preparing your order for shipment, and packaging the items securely. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. If you place an order over the weekend or on a holiday, it may take longer for us to process your order.
5. Tracking Your Order
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after your order has been shipped.

6. Delays in Shipping
While we strive to ship all orders promptly, please be aware that external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and customs processing can cause delays. Twinknapo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, including the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, UPS, or international shipping carriers.
If your order is delayed, we will notify you and work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please be patient as we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work with you to resolve it. In cases of damaged goods, you may be asked to provide photographs of the damage for verification purposes.
If the package is deemed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund based on the outcome of the investigation.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Please note that there may be restrictions on certain products or shipping destinations. Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to legal or logistical restrictions. If there is an issue with shipping a particular product, we will notify you before processing your order.
